It is vitally important any given project has access to a single point of contact to deliver ongoing support whilst the project is live.
Not knowing who’s in charge of your account or being contacted by different people can often cause confusion. Each project will be appointed a dedicated dissemination manager and this person will be responsible for regular feedback regarding statistics on website traffic, social media interaction, online performance reports, data reports and any additional authorisation we may require to make adjustments to your strategy in line with our recommendations and observations.
This point of contact will also be made available, if needs be, to attend any meetings organised by the project consortium whereby dissemination feedback may be needed. Any travel costs will be covered by either the project or built into the initial strategy with the EDMA.
